Production is runned by means of 10 injection presses, having the following features:

Besides, our society is endowed with an own machine-shop equipped with:

1 surface grinder

1 lathe

1 electrical discharge machining

radial drilling machines

This allow our company to be self-sufficient for what concerns maintenance and repair of moduls. In addition we are also able to build new moulds up to 1800x1000 mm dimensions

Our society equipment is also composed by no. 3 bridge cranes for mould and equipment handling, having a capacity load respectively of 10, 15 and 20 tons.

Giordano's staff is composed by a total number of 30 persons.

Production runs by two daily shifts of 8 hours/each, with possibility of making now and then night shifts, whereas office hours are 8 hours per day (from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.; from 02:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m.).

Starting from 1993, as per an agreement undertaken with a Syrian company, GIORDANO POULTRY PLAST began to temporarily export some moulds in order to realize direct production in Syria and cover in this way the Middle East market.

Same type of collaboration was established a few years later (1995) with Peruvian company.

The most important product that Giordano, in collaboration with an italian partner, recently realized is revolutionary plastic shopping trolley for supermarkets, called Misterdolly(www.plastimark.com).
